When we box we’ll focus on getting a good workout in while focusing on preventing injury, we’ll cover technique to the point where your punches are safe and effective. We don’t go crazy with hard punches, we’ll be focussing on speed and power to get that awesome cardio effect and being able to maintain the same pace for longer.
Because this is boxing for fitness we’ll be throwing in some bodyweight exercises during your workout and we’ll build up the combinations one by one so it’s easy to follow and you don’t get lost.
I provide boxing for fitness as personal training, two trainers / two clients or larger groups, I can do this from our studio, your home, the beach, your hotel, park or the gym you work from.
