Improving Your Long Term Productivity…

If you want to appreciate anything in life, limit your access to it.

If your training sessions aren’t as exciting or productive as they once were, take a week off and see how keen you are to get back into it.

If you’re constantly on/off your diet, take a whole week off “healthy eating” or tracking macros, and see how keen you are to re-gain nutritional structure and “health”.

We get comfortable and then we get bored. Sometimes it’s wise to take a holiday from normality to improve long term productivity.
