Roller Derby Girls Training

We got asked to train some roller derby girls and provide the hardest training sessions they’ve ever experienced, we obviously obliged, above is the result.

Please don’t think that all our training is hard, I personally love training hard and pushing myself to the max of my abilities, but this does not mean that this is the only type of training I provide to my clients. First of all I believe in building people from the ground and inside up, working on their core strength, their technique and strength, step by step creating a better person.
