Accountability

So many people blame their external environment for their poor food choices. They will blame their job environment, family, lack of time, etc.. The only one who is truly to blame is YOU!!
You are the one making the choices and you are the one who has to deal with any negatives that your choices may have on your goals.
My goal as a trainer/coach is to teach clients to take responsibility for their choices and actions. To stop blaming the world and to hold “themselves” accountable, not be accountable to Me.
If you know you are responsible for your success and/or failures then you will give yourself the power to make more decisions towards success. This is something that takes work and must be practiced each day with each meal, each drink, etc…you are reinforcing your personal accountability. This will build over time and allow you to develop a true Healthy lifestyle and reap all the success.
