Following is a Kettlebell Workout I put together and did together with my husband.
- 8 Double Handed Swings
- 3 / 3 Full Snatches
- 1 / 1 Turkish Getups
- 10 Jumping Burpees
You start with the double-handed swings, after your 8th rep you switch to one hand and start your first snatch (it’s ok to scale back to half snatches if you’re not at that level yet), after your third snatch you switch and do 3 snatches on the other side, keep the Kettlebell up after the last Snatch and go down. The TGU, in this case, is performed from standing to ground, get back up and switch, get the Kettlebell up with a Snatch or any other way you want to get it up to perform the TGU on the other side. Perform 10 jumping burpees and you did one round. Only fully finished rounds count, write down your rounds and post your results below.
Mine is 13 seconds left on the clock, 11 rounds with a 12-kilo Kettlebell.
