THE BALANCE BETWEEN EATING CLEAN AND EATING ENOUGH
I’m a large advocate of eating clean and do so myself, however there is a limit to how clean you can eat when you are trying to gain muscle and strength. Furthermore, there is a balance you need to strike between eating clean and eating what you like in order to ensure that you can stick with this for the rest of your life without having to make too many sacrifices.
I’m not talking about doing any quick detox diets or going on a diet for 2 months to lose some weight, it’s about eating for life, something you can do and enjoy life at the same time, it’s about you being as “Healthy” as you can be. As discussed before not one size fits all, you need to work out what fuels your body at the right times, so there’s no Binge attacks at night…More on this in another article coming soon…
