Welcome 2018!

The new year is here, have you made those New Years Resolutions? Why don’t you try something new..

Start off by making small changes first, it doesn’t matter what they are, can be just getting off the couch and going for a walk, everyday for 20 minutes, before you know it that 20 minutes will turn into 30 and 40 and so on. This is great, now you can start to make some healthier choices with your food, small choices everyday lead up to the bigger changes over long term. Go on do it! Don’t be a Sucker for these New Years Resolutions, as you will “Fail” they do not last..Remember “Slow and Steady” wins the Race! You can do it! You know you can…
