Strength Training

Strength Training is one of my favourites, I love lifting heavy weights, the benefits of heavy weights is enormous, it’s not just to look buff and get huge muscles, in fact if you’re female you will have to do a lot more than lift heavy to look like a bodybuilder.

Lifting heavy makes you strong, it burns a huge amount of calories, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn, great for fat loss and to look strong and defined.

Lifting weights is essential for everyone to remain in a healthy state, to be able to carry your groceries, to be able to fend for yourself, to keep strong bones and stay flexible (depending on the exercises you do).
