TRX Suspension Training

TRX Suspension Training is awesome, all we need is a door, 2sqm and we’ll literally be able to work every muscle in your body with this wonderful exercise system.  It’s low-impact thus great for rehab and senior fitness, but don’t mistake this for an easy workout! This system is great because you can easily adjust the resistance to your needs, from extremely low resistance for beginners to extremely hard resistance for the advanced.

I like to work the TRX into my sessions but since I’m a qualified TRX Instructor I can also provide full sessions simply using the TRX only, watch the video above and you’ll see I attached the TRX to a tree and worked with my client from their garden.
