28 Day Kettlebell Swing Challenge!

Started the KB Swing Challenge on the 27th April, I am now 11 days into the it, It’s not easy when you set the bar HIGH for yourself, but I am one of these people who always likes to be “better than I was yesterday”… So far up to date I have got out 6,740 reps with a 20kg KB, and have moved 134,800 kgs of weight in 11 days. When I read about these people doing the 10,000 KB swing challenge online I thought it was ludicrous, what are these people doing, but now I’m one of those KB enthusiasts who is hooked, addicted, always wanting more and more.
