No Juanita EMOM!

Today for  my workout we did EMOM (every minute on the minute)

It was a compilation of

4x Dead Swing Cleans with KB’s 32kgs

4 x BB Curls 25kgs

4 x Front Squats with KB’s 40kgs

Weights I used were challenging, but I could of gone up with my Swing Clean Presses.

23mins 6 x rounds

It’s a pretty good overall workout, apart from no back involved.

I’m out to work on getting “Big” muscles again…The bigger muscles I have the better I feel:-)
